chord ai is in beta! for more information about chord ai, please reach out to your account manager think of it as your data savvy teammate, available on demand chord’s ai chat feature, copilot, helps you get fast, reliable answers from your data—no sql knowledge required you can also download or export your answers to google sheets, csv, or excel read on for additional information on chord copilot chat capabilities! to get started with chord copilot, follow the instructions below log into chord navigate to chord copilot from the left navigation menu ask a question about your store’s data, or choose a question from our most asked questions list from the question tiles above the conversation box wait momentarily for chord copilot to answer your question! once copilot responds, you can ask another question, or select a different action from the answer window preview results preview the answer to your question in a non sql format you can also control the following views of your data show/hide search click this to open or close the search bar under the results preview window show/hide filters click this to open or close the column headers to filter data show/hide columns click this to toggle certain columns from the results display toggle density click this to resize the preview results table toggle full screen click this to enlarge the preview results table export data click this to export your results table as a csv, excel, or to google sheets view chart view the answer to the question in a chart or other visualization you can also pin a given visualization to your charts note that the visualization (i e line graph, bar graph, etc) will be chosen automatically by chord copilot view sql view the sql query behind the answer that is generated from chord copilot see reasoning view the steps and the data tables the chord copilot chat used to arrive at your answer monitor set up monitors for a specific metric query using our monitoring ai agent you can also start a new conversation by clicking on the “ new conversation ” button on the top right corner of the page or look back and view your chat history via the “ view history ” button note at this time, the ai chat history page displays all question threads asked by team members in your organization chord clarifier we’ve introduced a new “use clarifier” toggle in the chord copilot chat input when enabled, copilot will activate its clarifier agent to ask smart follow up questions and gather more context before generating a response—helping improve answer quality for more complex or ambiguous queries the clarifier agent is enabled at default and can be turned off at any given time
