products with skus set up in your catalog; and at least one shipping method configured once prerequisites are met, click enable to turn on the feature managing your catalog choosing products from the products tab, you can control which products are available to ai agents enable/disable individual products — use the toggle next to each product bulk enable/disable — use the "enable all" or "disable all" buttons search — find products by name or sku filter — view all, enabled, or not enabled products only enabled products will be visible to ai shopping agents syncing to stripe there are three types of syncs, each keeping different data up to date sync type what it updates catalog sync product details — name, description, images, brand, category, shipping info inventory sync stock levels and availability price sync prices and tax information you can trigger any sync manually from the products tab, or set up automatic syncing auto sync from the settings tab, you can schedule each sync type to run automatically frequency description manual only syncs when you click the button every 30 minutes keeps data fresh for fast moving inventory every 1 hour good balance of freshness and performance every 4 hours suitable for most stores every 12 hours for stores with infrequent changes daily once per day the dashboard shows when each sync last ran and when the next one is scheduled feed history the feed history tab shows a log of all syncs with their status completed — sync finished successfully processing — sync is currently running failed — something went wrong (click to see within 30 minutes of a change you can also trigger a manual sync at any time for immediate updates q will agentic orders look different from regular orders? they appear as regular orders in your admin panel, but are tagged with the channel name and agent name so you can easily identify and filter them q what happens if a product goes out of stock during checkout? the stock check happens in real time during checkout if a product is out of stock, the checkout is declined and the ai agent informs the customer q can i use this with multiple stores? yes each store can independently enable and
