Reset my Password
Introduction
Because the Chord platform doesn't have a Forgot Password functionality, the document will help you get access to the OMS if you cannot remember your password.
Troubleshooting and getting access
If one of your co-workers has access to the OMS, this will be the simplest way to reset the password.
Have your colleague log in and navigate to the Users table

In the Email field type have your colleague type in the email address you are using to log in to the OMS and click Search.

Once the email address is located, click the link.
In the Password and Password Confirmation field, have them provide a new password (minimum requirement is six characters)

Make sure that the Roles "Admin" is checked.
Click Update
The password has been reset!
You should log in and change your password to something unique to you!
