certain geographic regions impose additional fees for shipments delivered to them for example, cross border shipments typically incur an import duty that must be collected from the merchant chord oms allows merchants to specify shipment fees on a per store level when a customer checks out an order for that store, chord oms will add the fee as an adjustment, which will be displayed on the customer's checkout page and appear in stripe checkout the fee will be stored as an adjustment on the order, and can be viewed and managed like any other adjustment managing shipping fees sign into chord oms administration page click on settings > shipping > shipping fee the list of fees will be displayed to create a new shipping fee, click the new shipping fee button the new shipping fee screen will be displayed input the name, amount, and store, then click create note that although a list of zones is displayed, zone based shipping fees are not presently implemented
