The Analytics Homepage consists of the following features:

  • My Folder
  • Reports
  • Explores

More information on each of the above features is provided below.

My Folder

This is the first page you will land on under the Analytics Homepage. You'll be able to see all of the dashboards (reports) in your personal folder via the dropdown menu on the top left.

You will also be able to create new reports from this page, as well as share and import dashboard links with your team. You can also publish a report in your personal folder as well.

We are adding support for viewing and publishing Looks (explores). Currently, Chord supports publishing reports only.

Reports

By default, the Reports page will display all of the reports that Chord provides. Additionally, any custom, personal reports that are published will also appear here. You can also use the dropdown filder on the top right to see all reports, only Chord Reports, or only Shared Reports.

Published reports will be tagged with the name of the individual who created and published the report. For more information about publishing and unpbulishing custom reports, please refer to this document.

Explores

The Explores page is where you can dive into your data a bit deeper and use different data dimensions to create individual measures to build visualizations and reports. You can use the dropdown menu on the top left to explore different categories of data that Chord collects on behalf of your store.
