At a minimum, for Chord to model analytics data correctly, the following must be implemented:
CDP script loaded on every site page (see Installing Chord Analytics)
page events sent to CDP from the website front-end
CDP anonymous ID added as a cart attribute (see Unifying Data Across Sources
These track events from the website front-end:
"Product Added"
"Cart Viewed"
"Checkout Started"
"Order Completed"
In order for CDP destinations to work well, the following should also be implemented:
identify events sent to CDP whenever identifying information is captured
track events required by CDP destinations (see the CDP destination documentation for information on which events are needed by which destinations)
