Batch Promotions

Batch promotions allow you to create thousands of discount codes at once.

So instead of creating codes like ChordPromo1, ChordPromo2, or ChordPromo3, the Batch Promotions tool will automatically generate a list for you. These codes can be unique, so your brand can create highly personalized codes based on customer data from your CRM.



Navigate to Promotions and click New Promotion.





Select Multiple promotion codes radio button



Base code - Name of your base code promo, example: chord

Number of codes - The number of promotion codes you need to create for that promotion. Join characters - Will precede the Name of your Promo, example: Promo. Since the Base Code is Chord, it will read ChordPromo Per code usage limit: How many times do you want your customers to use the unique code. It is usually setup as 1 per

‌Click Create when all codes have been processed you will have the ability to view and/or download the codes you have just created



If you click the View code list, you will the list of the codes that were created





You can create an extra Promotion code from within the View Code list too. If you need a few more you can repeat the process. Click on Create promotion code and provide the value needed and click Create. You will see it added to your list of codes













If you click Download code list, a CSV file will download. The file should look like this:





You can now copy and paste these codes and use your Marketing Automation Platform such as Klaviyo, or Iterable and use these codes to send to your customers.
